We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work across the entire application stack, contributing to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of modern web applications used by customers worldwide.
What you�ll do:
Build Great Products: Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
Full Stack Development: Work across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture discussions to implementation and deployment.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Help manage and improve our AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful features and continuously improve the user experience.
Engineering Excellence: Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and best practices while helping maintain a high standard of software quality.
What we�re looking for:
Strong Full Stack Experience: 5�10 years of professional software development experience.
Frontend Expertise: Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
Backend Development: Strong Python development experience building APIs and scalable backend services.
Next.js Experience: Experience with Next.js is a plus.
DevOps Mindset: Practical experience with GitHub, Docker, CI/CD workflows, and cloud environments.
AWS Experience: Hands-on experience working with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location: You must be based in Portugal and be available to go to the office in Castelo Branco once a week.
Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote-first environment.
