We are looking and recruiting for the position of Safety Management Engineer.

What will this person do?
� Promote a strong safety culture through training, awareness campaigns, and communication initiatives;
� Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety, Health, and Emergency legislation and corporate standards;
� Develop and implement safety programs, including risk assessments and preventive measures across the plant;
� Promote a strong safety culture through training, awareness campaigns, and communication initiatives;
� Represent the company in Safety and Emergency matters with authorities and regulatory bodies;
� Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions;
� Plan and execute audits and emergency drills, ensuring preparedness and compliance;
� Monitor KPIs, manage non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement of the Safety Management System.
What the ideal candidate looks like?
� Higher Education (Bachelor/Master's degree) or technical training in Occupational Safety (Mandatory);
� CAP Level VI � Senior Occupational Safety Technician (Mandatory);
� Minimum of 5 years� experience at Occupational Safety (Mandatory);
� CPC - Certificate of Pedagogical Competence (Preference);
� Higher Education (Bachelor/Master's degree) in Occupational Safety (Preference);
� Experience in maintaining and implementing management systems (ISO 45001) (Preference);
� Internal
auditor certification (Preference);
� Good knowledge of the English language, both oral and written;
� Knowledge of legislation, regulations and Occupational Health and Safety standards;
� Communication and interpersonal relationships skills.
