Scrum Master

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote the adoption of Agile best practices;


• Identify and remove impediments to ensure efficient and predictable delivery;


• Monitor team metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives;


• Support Agile maturity and foster value-driven delivery across the team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;


• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master;
  


• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional teams;
  


• Good technical understanding and ability to interact effectively with development teams;


• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices;


• Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM) is valued;


• Proactivity and dynamism;
  


• Organizational and communication skills.
