  • Looking for an Payroll Analyst to join their new team.

Client Details

Our client is a large organization in the Automotive industry, with a global presence. The group is now preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre.

Description



  • Manage the monthly payroll process for a population of approximately 350-400 employees;

  • Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs, including overtime, leave, absences, bonuses, and salary changes;

  • Ensure accurate and compliant employee administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding;

  • Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and termination documentation;

  • Provide support to employees and managers on payroll, benefits, and HR administration-related matters;

  • Collaborate daily with the external payroll provider (ADP) to validate payroll calculations and resolve payroll discrepancies;

  • Ensure compliance with French labor law, payroll regulations, and social security requirements;

  • Maintain relationships with external entities such as URSSAF, pension funds, and insurance providers;

  • Monitor changes in French labor and payroll legislation and ensure their implementation within internal processes;

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR/Payroll-related projects.


Profile



  • Fluent French speaker (native or advanced level preferred).;

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Payroll and HR Administration, ideally within a French payroll environment;

  • Strong knowledge of French labor law and payroll regulations;

  • Experience working with external payroll providers, preferably ADP;

  • Ability to work independently within an international and multicultural environment;

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively;

  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to accuracy;

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify risks and escalate issues when necessary;

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
