Description
- Assist in preparing documentation for monthly and quarterly closing processes;
- Perform account reconciliations (bank, suppliers, and clients);
- Support monitoring of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate records;
- Collaborate with external accounting providers to ensure proper booking of entries;
- Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation;
- Support audit processes and assist in preparing basic accounting reports.
Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or a related field;
- Fluent in English (French is a plus);
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools;
- Basic understanding of database management;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative;
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
- Good time management and prioritization abilities.
