Selec��o is looking for a People Services Officer (M/F) for a Corporate Bank (Porto).
Main tasks and goals:
The People Services officer will:
- Ensure the accurate preparation, review, and execution of employment contracts for new hires;
- Validate all onboarding documents and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to new employees throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have;
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, facilitating communication and collaboration;
- Gather feedback from new employees about their onboarding experience to continuously improve the process;
- Aim to create a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience that sets young employees up for success in their new positions;
Profile and skills we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Psychology, or fields related to Human Resources;
- Experience in Contract Drafting and Management, onboarding Processes and employee Documentation and Record Keeping;
- Knowledge of contract Drafting and Management, Electronic Signature Tools, Policies and Procedures Development and Document Management Systems;
- Strong communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills;
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
Project timing: 6 months could be renewed.
