We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Support Representative role for a banking-sector project in Covilh�.
📌 Role
Your main responsibility is to ensure outstanding customer service. You will:
Handle
inbound calls from customers and non-customers;
Provide information about financial products and services;
Clarify questions in a clear and accurate manner;
Conduct occasional
outbound calls to existing clients;
Contribute to customer satisfaction and a positive service experience
🎓 Training
A full training program is provided, consisting of:
5 business days of training + up to 5 days of on-the-job practice;

⏰ Work Schedule
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Rotating schedules between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday
Requirements:
European Portuguese (C2) + English (B2 level)
