‼️ATTENTION‼️ To be eligible for this vacancy, you must:
☑️ Speak Italian at a native level (C2) or fluent level (C1)
☑️ Speak English at an advanced level (minimum accepted level is B2) - training will be in English, as will your first phone call with the recruiter.
☑️ Have at least one job-seeking visa in Portugal, or a European passport.
☑️ Be available to work full-time, on rotating shifts from Monday to Friday
☑️ Must be available for a 2-week training in person in Lisbon, in the Sete Rios area, near Pra�a de Espanha
☑️ Be available to start on the first day of training, June 22nd (mandatory), or on the onboarding day, June 19th (optional).

📍 Training Location: Lisbon � Sete Rios area, close to Pra�a de Espanha
🚩 Hybrid Model: 1 week at home + 1 week on-site
🗓️ Onboarding Day: June 19th (Friday)
🗓️ 1st day of training: June 22nd (Monday) - mandatory
💼 Role:
� Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to Beko products;
� Guide customers step-by-step to find suitable solutions;
� Identify customer needs and propose complementary solutions when relevant;
� Handle requests, complaints, and various situations professionally;
� Provide support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
🎯 Profile:
✔️ Fluent (C1) or native (C2) Italian
✔️ Advanced English (B2) for training
✔️ Good communication and empathy skills
✔️ Availability for rotating shifts (MON to FRI)
✔️ Availability to work under a hybrid model (1 week at home + 1 week on-site)
✔️ Team spirit and customer orientation
💡 Experience is not required � we value motivation, attitude, and a willingness to learn.
🕘 Schedule:
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday
- Week at home: between 6h30 AM and 5 PM
- Week on-site: between 8h00 AM and 6 PM
- daily 9h shifts (8h + 1h); 40h per week
- Days off: Saturdays + Sundays
💰 Offer:
- Base salary (before taxes): �1,100 x 14 months
- Language bonus (fixed): �150 per month
- Performance bonus (variable): UP TO �80 per month
- Meal allowance: �7/working day (approximately �154/month)
- Contract from the first day of training
- Paid training
