-Manage a team of 11 employees, with 3 indirect reports.
-Take responsibility for service quality and KPIs agreed with internal customers.
-Supplier Quality: Requalification, IMDS.
-Purchasing: material creation, tooling management.
-Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams.
-Act as an escalation point of contact for daily operations.
-Identify process standardization and improvement potentials, and support the implementation process.
-Support global initiatives of process changes and digitalization.
This is what you bring to us:
-Professional experience of 3+ years as a team leader, preferably in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or a similar role.
-Experience with supplier audits and performance management.
-Performance-oriented, good communication skills, and assertiveness.
-Customer-oriented problem-solving abilities.
-Experience with SAP.
-Experience with the WeQ system (or similar quality management platforms).
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly MS Outlook and Excel).
-Excellent English skills in speaking and writing.
