You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
-Manage and process incoming supplier documents / requests (OCR, invoices, credit notes, dunning letters, balance confirmations, vendor reconciliations, etc).
-Management of supplier accounts (debit balances, recurring entries, aging reports, reco).
-Manage 3rd party suppliers GR/IR accounts.
-Support accounts payable automation processes.
This is what you bring to us:
-3+ years of experience in accounts payable.
-College degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
-Experience in SAP.
-Fluent in English.
-Communication skills and cooperative mindset.
-High level of accountability and accuracy.
-Team player with a good sense for different country cultures.
