KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
� Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of outsourced personnel across all contract functions
� Maintain an updated
manpower database, ensuring accurate records of all deployed staff
� Coordinate with department heads to forecast
manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment
� Oversee staff deployment, rotation, and repatriation in accordance with contract requirements
� Ensure full compliance with Angolan Labour Law (Lei Geral do Trabalho) and local employment regulations
� Liaise with the client on service delivery, headcount reports, and performance of deployed personnel
� Monitor attendance, timesheets, and leave management for all outsourced workforce
� Resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters promptly and professionally
� Coordinate training and induction programmes to maintain workforce competency
� Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, attrition, and
manpower cost summaries
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
� Bachelor�s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
� Minimum 3�5 years of HR experience.
� Solid knowledge of Angolan Labour Law and employment compliance requirements
� Proven experience managing large, multi-function workforces
� Proficiency in HR information systems and
Microsoft Office Suite
� Fluency in Portuguese (required); English proficiency is an advantage
