Job Description

We’re looking for a Reconciliation Systems Expert to join our international Operations team in Tallinn and help impact multi-currency banking.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing:

  • Execute high-level reconciliations of bank accounts and other reconciliation flows, maintaining deep hands-on expertise with our internal systems and processes.
  • Act as the strategic partner for product, engineering, and other stakeholders, translating complex manual tasks and workflow breakages into clean actions for automation and improvement.
  • Lead the continuous assessment of our reconciliation control framework. You’ll identify risk gaps, implement robust preventative controls, and act as the primary point of contact for external and internal audits.
  • Ensure regional operation teams knowledge on reconciliation topics by conducting training, and owning the continuous optimization of our operational knowledge base.
  • Confidently support high-severity incident resolution while coaching the team to level-up on incident handling across severity levels.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Make an Impact - You’ll help to identify and automate manual processes that complicate our customers’ lives, while increasing operational efficiency, driving us towards Mission Zero!
  • Challenge Yourself - You’ll be working with teams that face complex situations. You get the chance to question the norm and drive to make things happen. Through that you can learn more about yourself and what you are capable of when given the right tools and mentoring.
  • Inspire Teams - You’ll fuel the revolution with your ideas, knowledge, self-starter attitude, and customer insight, which you’ll use to work with product, engineers and other operational teams to help solve our customer’s problems!
  • Work Globally - You’ll work closely with internal and external partners and help to figure out ways to make our customers’ lives better.

  • Data & Automation Mindset: You have strong data skills (Advanced Excel; using AI to improve workflows) and a track record of identifying patterns in repetitive manual workflows to optimize matching logic.
  • Control & Audit Governance Mindset: You can independently spot risk gaps in existing workflows, self-validate complex journal entries, and confidently lead external audit walkthroughs without managerial support.
  • Growth & Iteration Mindset: You actively seek out peer and stakeholder feedback to calibrate your work accuracy, and you use its insights to continuously improve.
  • Operational Accountability: You can independently manage and adapt your schedule to ensure critical, time-sensitive milestones (such as month-end finance reporting) are consistently met without sacrificing quality.

You excel at diagnosing complex operational trends, measuring the size and impact of an issue using data, and driving solutions.
