International Cosmetics Sales Manager (Key Accounts & retail Distribution)

EurobioLab is the largest natural and organic cosmetics manufacturer in the Baltics region and an international beauty company. Our 12 cosmetic brands are currently sold in 80 countries worldwide through major retailers and distributors.
If you know how to open new markets, build strong distributor networks, and turn negotiations into long-term partnerships, we are looking for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new export markets
  • Negotiate and execute commercial agreements directly with retail chains and online platforms
  • Work closely with retail buyers and category managers on assortment planning and updates
  • listings, range optimization, pricing and SKU management
  • Identifying new business opportunities and market potential
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors and pricing
  • Sales forecasting

We expect:

  • Experience in international B2B cosmetic field (Scandiavian markets will be beneficial)
  • Experience working with EU retail chains
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
